Please read these terms before shopping at obinshop.

Prices and charges

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The delivery charge for your area is shown at Checkout. The total you see at Checkout is final.

Order confirmation

For Cash on Delivery orders our team calls to confirm. If we can't reach you or the details are wrong, the order may be cancelled.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is available now: pay the full price plus delivery charge when the product arrives. Once online payment is live, paying in advance gives you money off the product price.

Stock

Stock is checked at the moment you order. In the rare case we can't supply a product, we'll let you know and cancel the order, refunding any advance payment in full.

Cancelling

You can cancel by contacting us before the parcel is handed to the courier. Repeatedly refusing deliveries may lead to Cash on Delivery being turned off for you.
